摘要: 交流不间断电源(UPS)是地铁通信电源系统的核心设备,能为通信、ISCS等设备提供质量良好的交流不间断电源。针对苏州轨道交通3号线多站UPS无法自动切回市电状态的故障,通过对UPS工作原理、电网情况、整流器保护机制等进行深入分析研究,结合故障模拟复现,分析出导致该故障的原因,提出改进整流器相关软件控制逻辑的方案并进行测试验证,为类似故障的预防和分析处理提供借鉴。

Abstract: As the core equipment of the communication power supply system for subways, UPS can provide high-quality uninterrupted AC power supply for communication, ISCS and other equipment. In view of the fault that automatic switching to mains supply cannot be achieved at multiple stations on Suzhou Rail Transit Line 3, this paper conducts in-depth analysis and research on UPS working principles, power grid conditions and rectifier protection mechanism as well as fault simulation and playback, to analyze the cause of this fault. It also proposes a plan to improve the control logic of the relevant rectifier software, and presents the testing and verification of this plan, which can provide reference for the prevention, analysis and handling of similar faults.
