摘要: 城市轨道交通目前多采用刚性架空接触网供电方式为电客车提供电能动力。刚性接触网运营成本低,可靠性高,维修简单,事故状态失效破坏范围小,但是刚性接触网磨损比较快,弓网磨耗严重将会大大减损接触网使用寿命,增加运营成本。以天津地铁6号线为例,提出用架空的钢铝复合轨代替刚性接触网的方式来改善接触网磨耗情况,促进弓网良好匹配,提高设备质量,保证设备安全。

Abstract: At present, urban rail transit mostly uses rigid overhead catenary power supply mode to provide electric power for electric passenger vehicle. The rigid catenary has the characteristics of low operating cost, high reliability and simple maintenance, and small failure and damage range in accident state. However, the rigid catenary wears out quickly, and the serious wear of the pantograph pantograph-catenary attrition will greatly reduce the service life of the catenary, and increase the operating cost. Taking Tianjin Metro Line 6 as an example, this paper proposes the method of replacing rigid catenary with overhead steel and aluminum composite rail, in order to improve the wear condition of catenary, promotes the good matching of pantograph, and improves the quality of equipment to ensure the safety of equipment.
