基站软件功能缺陷引起的CTCS-3无线超时案例简析

Analysis of CTCS-3 Wireless Timeout Cases Caused by Functional Defects of Base Station Software

摘要: 以上海局管内某高铁线小区内多趟列车发生上行电平值突降至-110 dBm引起的C3无线连接超时为案例,通过基站日志分析,实验室镜像等手段复现问题,最终定位问题原因为该型号基站的智能自愈机制造成RRU长时间没有话务启动载频单板的射频环回。通过关闭该智能自愈功能后,故障得以排除,保障上述高铁线列车的运行稳定、有序。

Abstract: In a cell of the cellular network of a high-speed railway managed by China Railway Shanghai Group Co., Ltd., CTCS-3 wireless connection timeout caused by the sudden drop in uplink level to -100 dBm during the operation of several trains. This paper takes such recurring problem as an example to find a solution. Through the analysis of the base station log and the reproduction of on-site results in the laboratory and other means, the cause of the problem is finally identified that is the intelligent self-healing mechanism of this type of base stations starts the radio-frequency loopback of the carrier-frequency board when an RRU handles no traffic for a long time. By turning off such self-healing function, the fault is corrected, ensuring the stable and orderly operation of trains on this high-speed railway.
