摘要/Abstract

摘要： 分析当前运营部门在乘客服务方面的管理办法、人员配置、职责分配以及智慧客服模式下运营人员在乘客服务方面面临的挑战与机遇，探讨运营人员的新角色、新职责；并基于运营人员的角色更新结果，构建智慧客服场景下的乘客服务体系，从而使乘客服务管理体系与现场智慧化业务场景相匹配；结合苏州轨道交通智能客服系统的实际建设情况，分析相关人员的岗位职责，并定量分析相关人员定岗情况。

关键词: 轨道交通, 智慧客服, 乘客服务, 运营成本

Abstract: This paper analyzes the management methods, staffing and responsibility allocation of the current operation department in passenger service and the challenges and opportunities faced by operators in passenger service under the intelligent customer service mode, discusses the new roles and responsibilities of operators, builds a passenger service system under the scenario of intelligent customer service based on the role update results of operators, so as to match the passenger service management system with the on-site intelligent business scenario. Combined with the actual construction of Suzhou rail transit intelligent customer service system, this paper analyzes the job responsibilities of relevant personnel and quantitatively analyzes the post setting of relevant personnel.
