Abstract: This paper introduces the passenger information interaction needs of urban rail transit and the shortcomings of the traditional information interaction mode; the speech interactive technology is briefly introduced, and its application scenario in urban rail passenger information interaction service is analyzed, and its integration scheme and implementation path with traditional urban rail service are discussed in detail at the levels of system function, business architecture and urban rail knowledge base. Speech interactive technology is of great significance to improve the intelligent service level of rail transit. Its application practice in Suzhou rail transit has a certain reference value for the development of the industry.
