摘要: 为适应普速铁路CTC中心站集中控制的需求,实现现代铁路运输减员增效目标,可在CTC整体系统结构及行车组织原则不变的前提下,根据线路及车站运输需求部署CTC区域集控系统方案。通过对CTC区域集控系统结构、系统功能实现、系统部署方案来深入分析系统功能实现、工程实施及对铁路建设运营效益的提升效果。为服务国内铁路运输的高质量发展提供支撑及借鉴。

关键词: CTC, 区域集控, 减员增效

Abstract: In order to meet the demand for centralized control of CTC central stations of common speed railways and realize the goal of reducing personnel and increasing effi  ciency in modern railway transportation, the CTC regional centralized control system scheme can be deployed according to the transportation demand of lines and stations on the premise that the overall system structure and operation organization principle of CTC remain unchanged. Through in-depth analysis of CTC regional centralized control system structure, system function realization and system deployment scheme, this paper discusses the system function realization, project implementation and the improvement eff ect on railway construction and operation benefi ts. It provides support and reference for the high-quality development of railway transportation in China.
