摘要: 为提高城市轨道交通安全运行运输效率,突破既有最小运营间隔的极限,信号系统的改造势在必行。对城市轨道交通既有信号系统改造项目的风险管理进行研判,总结该类项目的风险特点,列出风险清单,识别出45项风险点,并进一步归集为6类风险因素,针对各类风险因素进行分析,提出具体应对措施,以化解风险或减轻风险的损失。

Abstract: The upgrading of signal systems is a necessity to improve the transportation efficiency and break through the limit of existing minimum operation intervals. This paper studies and evaluates the risk management of projects for upgrading the existing signal systems of urban rail transit, summarizes the risk characteristics of these projects, lists the risks and identifies 45 risk points, classifies them into six risk factors, and then analyzes each risk factor and puts forward specific countermeasures to resolve or reduce the losses of the risks.
