摘要: 为解决普速铁路列车控制安全等级低、人工介入过多等问题,研究适用于机车的列控系统解决方案,采用地面线路数据车站集中管理,使用轨道电路实现占用检查并提供信号许可信息,利用无源应答器实现列车定位及进路信息选用,通过无线广播通信实现线路数据和临时限速信息的地-车传输,对适用于机车的列控系统的系统机构、功能和主要运营场景进行详细描述。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low safety level and too much manual intervention in train control of ordinary speed railway, the solution of train control system suitable for locomotive is studied. The system adopts the centralized management of trackside line data at stations, realizes the occupancy inspection and provides signal permission information through track circuits, realizes train positioning and route information selection through fixed balises, and realizes the trackside-vehicle transmission of line data and temporary speed restriction information through radio broadcast communication. This paper elaborates the system structure, functions and main operating scenarios of the train control system applicable to locomotives.
