摘要: 通过对机务段业务现状及业务流程的分析,基于信息联锁和管控一体化的技术理念,提出机务段作业的一体化运营方案。构建统一的作业管控平台,实现机务段作业的计划精细化、作业自动化、安全防护智能化,提高机务段作业效率,加速机车周转。

Abstract: Through the analysis of current business situation and business processes of locomotive depot, based on the technical concept of information interlocking and the integration of management and control, this paper proposes an integrated operation scheme of locomotive depot, which constructs a unified operation management and control platform, realizes fine planning, automatic operation and intelligent safety protection, so as to improve the operation efficiency of locomotive depot and speed up the locomotive turnover.
