摘要: 对PHM技术在道岔转换系统中的应用进行研究。以道岔转换相关的多维项点状态感知为前提,形成集状态监测、故障定位、健康评估以及状态预测于一体的道岔转换智能诊断系统。为道岔转换系统的视情维修提供一种思路和方法,对铁路系统综合一体化维修起到推动作用。

Abstract: This paper studies the application of PHM in turnout switching system. Based on the multi-dimensional state perception, an turnout switching intelligent diagnosis system is formed, which can monitor the status of the switching system, locate the typical fault, provide support of health assessment and state prediction. It also provides an idea and method for condition-based maintenance of switching system, and promotes the integrated maintenance of railway system.
