Optimization of Security Check Configuration for Urban Rail Transit Based on Operational Status Evaluation

摘要: 高峰时段城市轨道交通车站服务能力面临极大挑战,安检作为乘客进站重要环节,已然成为制约进站效率的痛点。基于此,构建安检运行状态评价体系,利用进站客流仿真模型,结合差异化安检模式对车站安检进行配置优化,为运营方安检优化方案的制定提供参考。结果表明:车站现有安检运行状态较差,很难满足高峰时段乘客进站需求;基于差异化安检模式的优化方案能够使高峰时段乘客进站效率至少提升14.0%,并且反映安检运行状态的关键指标参数如最大排队长度、设施能力匹配度和进站密集度指数等有很大改善。

Abstract: The service capacity of urban rail transit stations during peak hours is facing great challenges, and security checks, as an important link for inbound passengers, have become a pain point that restricts the inbound efficiency. Based on this, this paper constructs an evaluation system for the operational status of security checks, utilizes a simulation model of inbound passenger flow, and optimizes the configuration of station security checks in combination with differentiated security check modes, providing reference for the formulation of security check optimization plans for operators. The results indicate that the current operational status of security check of the station is poor, making it difficult to meet the inbound demand of passengers during peak hours. The optimization scheme based on differentiated security check mode can improve the inbound efficiency of passengers during peak hours by at least 14.0%, and significant improvements have been made in key indicator parameters that reflect the operational status of security check, such as maximum queue length, facility capacity matching degree, and inbound density index.
