盐通客专信号系统联调联试范围及问题分析

Scope of Integration Test and Commissioning and Problem Analysis of Signal System for Yancheng-Nantong High-speed Railway

摘要: 盐通客专由于其自身的特殊性,信号设备厂家众多,接口关系复杂,且邻线站改较多,如何安全高效完成联调联试成为各信号集成厂家的首要目标。基于检验测试单位的试验大纲,结合现场实际工程情况,分析并明确适用于盐通客专的测试案例范围以及相关线路跑车试验范围。针对试验过程中发现的问题,借助盐通客专列控工程数据表、JRU软件、RBC数据分析软件等多种辅助工具,从不同角度联合查找问题根源,进而给出解决方案。最后总结试验范围和问题分析对于联调联试的重要性,为线路开通提供重要科学依据。

Abstract: Due to its unique characteristics, the Yancheng-Nantong High-speed Railway involves many signal equipment manufacturers, complex interface relationships, and frequent modifi cations to adjacent line stations. How to complete the integration test and commissioning safely and effi  ciently has become the primary goal of each signal integration manufacturer. Based on the test outline of the testers and the actual engineering situation on site, the scope of test cases applicable to the Yancheng-Nantong High-speed Railway and the test scope of train operation on related lines are analyzed and clarifi ed. In view of the problems found in the test process, with the help of various auxiliary tools such as Train Control Engineering Data Sheet for this Railway, JRU software, RBC data analysis software, etc., the papper introduces the root causes of the problem from different perspectives, provides solutions, and summarizes the importance of the test scope and problem analysis to the integration test  and commissioning, and it also provides an important scientifi c basis for the operation of the line.
