CBTC系统点式模式下临时限速方案分析

摘要: 为提升列车在基于通信的列车控制系统点式模式下通过临时限速区段的安全和效率,首先对点式模式下传统临时限速实现方式存在的问题做分析。然后以杭州至海宁城际铁路(以下简称杭海线)CBTC系统点式模式下临时限速方案为例,提出计算机联锁档位的(共三档:25 km/h、40 km/h、60 km/h)临时限速方案,并对该临时限速方案涉及的信号系统各子系统功能分配和接口协议变化进行阐述。该方案将临时限速信息的传递、确认、执行、反馈由人控转变为机控,在实际运营生产中取得良好的应用效果。

Abstract: This paper aims at improving the safety and efficiency of a train passing through a Temporary Speed Restriction (TSR)  section in the intermittent  mode of a signal system. Firstly, the problems existing in traditional TSR in such intermittent mode are analyzed. Then, taking the TSR scheme for the CBTC system in the intermittent mode of the Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Railway as an example, this paper puts forward a scheme of CI TSR levels (with three levels: 25 km/h, 40 km/h and 60 km/h), and expounds on the function distribution and the changes in the interface protocols of each subsystem of the signal system involved in the proposed scheme. This new scheme changes the transmission, confirmation, implementation and feedback of TSR information from manual control to machine control, and has achieved good results when applied to actual operation and production.
