Design of Multi-dimensional Reliability Simulation of Hardware Products

摘要: 信号系统是铁路运行安全保障的核心设备,如何评估和提高信号系统硬件设备可靠性是实现铁路信号系统可靠运行的重要保障。介绍硬件产品在原理图设计、PCB设计,到产品板卡和整机设计阶段采用的多维度可靠性仿真分析方法,并提供丰富的仿真案例。从电路设计、信号完整性、失效物理和整机环境应力仿真等多维度进行可靠性仿真分析,为硬件产品设计优化提供依据,切实提升设备的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract: Signaling system is the core equipment of railway operation safety guarantee. How to evaluate and improve the reliability of signaling system hardware equipment is an important guarantee to realize the reliable operation of railway signaling system. This paper introduces the multi-dimensional reliability simulation analysis method used in the phases of hardware products schematic design, PCB design, board design and whole machine design, and provides abundant simulation cases. The reliability simulation analysis is carried out from multiple dimensions such as circuit design, signaling integrity, failure physics and environmental stress simulation of the whole machine, so as to provide basis for hardware design optimization of signaling system and effectively improve the reliability and safety of equipment.
