摘要: 分析宁波轨道交通1号线正线S700K转辙机第二牵引点卡缺口故障原因。由于第二牵引点处尖轨与基本轨存在设计间隙,该牵引点处实际并不密贴,尖轨及转辙设备更容易受振动、冲击等影响,再加上工况不良、钢轨爬行等附加因素的共同作用,造成检测杆位置偏移,继而导致卡缺口故障。基于道岔的实际状况难以改变,提出对第二牵引点检测杆改造的方案,并通过现场实际测试论证,能很好满足现场使用需求,提高了转辙设备运行的稳定性。

Abstract: In this paper, the cause of the fault of detection rod gap jamming at the second traction point of the S700K switch machine on the main line of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 1 is analyzed. Due to the design gap between the frog rail and the base rail at the second traction point, it is not close to each other actually. The frog rail and the switch equipment are more susceptible to vibration, shock, etc., coupled with the combined action of poor working conditions, rail crawling and other additional factors, resulting in the detection rod position deviation, and then lead to detection rod gap jamming fault. Based on the fact that the actual condition of the turnout is difficult to change, a scheme for transforming the detection rod at the second traction point is proposed, and through field test demonstration, it can well meet the needs of field use and improve the stability of the switch equipment operation.
