Safety Analysis of Temporary Speed Restriction System Scheme for BDS-Based Train Control System for Heavy Haul Railways

摘要: 针对基于北斗(BeiDou Navigation Satellite System,BDS)的重载铁路列控系统临时限速功能实现方案,建立故障树模型,并结合各子系统失效率计算系统临时限速功能的失效率。最后,将计算的系统限速功能失效率与安全完整性等级(SIL)4级要求的可容忍功能失效率(TFFR)进行比较,证明基于北斗的重载铁路列控系统临时限速功能满足SIL4级的TFFR要求。

Abstract: A fault tree model is established for the implementation of temporary speed restriction function in the train control system for heavy haul railways based on BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS). Additionally, the failure rate of the system's temporary speed restriction function is calculated on the basis of the failure rates of various subsystems. Finally, the resultant failure rate of the system’s speed restriction function is compared with the tolerable functional failure rate (TFFR) required by Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 4, which demonstrates that the temporary speed restriction function of the BDS-based train control system for heavy haul railways meets the TFFR requirements of SIL4.
