摘要: 从轨道电路“死区段”分类入手,客观分析 “死区段”存在的原因及运用中的危害性,提出彻底消除“死区段”、缩短“死区段”长度及调整渡线绝缘节设置位置的对策。并结合“死区段”管理现状,提出从设计源头控制、既有设备改进整治、完善规章制度等工作建议,现实操作性强,具有推广借鉴意义。

Abstract: Starting from a classification of "dead zones" in track circuit, this paper objectively analyzes the cause reasons of "dead zone" and the harmfulness in track circuit application, and proposes the countermeasures, i.e., eliminating the "dead zones", shortening the "dead zones" and relocating the insulation joint at the scissors crossover. Considering the current situation of "dead zone" management, it also proposes such suggestions as source control through improved design, improvement of existing equipment and improvement of rules and regulations, which have strong operability and high reference significance.
