Case Study on GSM-R Network Optimization in Zhenjiang Hub Area

摘要: 镇江枢纽区域铁路包含既有沪宁城际(上海-南京)客运专线、京沪高速铁路(北京南-上海虹桥)以及新接入的连镇铁路(连云港-镇江)客运专线,这3条铁路均采用CTCS-3信号列控制式。在连镇铁路引入镇江枢纽时,既要保证不影响既有GSM-R网络不受影响,还要解决新建线路的网络覆盖需求,因此需采取合理的优化调整措施解决各条线路的覆盖需求。通过对镇江枢纽GSM-R覆盖方案进行研究并提出相应优化方案,为其他多条CTCS-3线路并线优化提供思路。

Abstract: The railways in the hub area of Zhenjiang include the existing Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway passenger dedicated line, the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway (from Beijing South Railway Station to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station) and the newly connected Lianyungang-Zhenjiang High-speed Railway (passenger dedicated line), all of which are controlled by CTCS-3 signal systems. In terms of the introduction of Lianyungang-Zhenjiang High-speed Railway into the hub area of Zhenjiang, it is not only necessary to ensure that the existing GSM-R network is not affected, but also to meet the network coverage demands of new lines. Therefore, reasonable optimization and adjustment measures need to be taken to satisfy the coverage demands of each line. In this paper, the GSM-R coverage scheme of this hub area is studied and the corresponding optimization scheme is proposed, which provides an idea for the optimization of the radio-sharing sections of multiple other CTCS-3 lines.
