300T车载设备D电缆性能检测方法

Performance Detection Methods of Cable D for 300T Onboard Equipment

摘要: 300T列控车载设备D电缆故障时,仅能通过更换BTM或CAU等方式进行推断,缺少针对该电缆的直接检测方法。测量D电缆交流和直流电气参数,能够识别电缆故障或老化等情况;而测量电缆的分布传输性能,可以反映出线路的匹配性及反射大小等指标,并能定位故障位置。结合上述两种方法对D电缆进行测试,并将测试结果通过特性阻抗的分布曲线来表示,能够有效识别出电缆开路、短路、性能下降等问题,提高故障处理效率。

Abstract: The fault of cable D for 300T train control onboard equipment can only be determined by ways such as replacing BTM or CAU, and there are no direct detection methods for the cable at present. By measuring the AC and DC electrical parameters of cable D can identify cable faults or aging conditions; and by measuring the distributed transmission performance of cables can reflect the line matching and reflection size and other indicators, and can locate the fault. Combined with the above two methods to test cable D, and the test results are presented by the distribution curve of characteristic impedance, which can effectively identify the open circuit, short circuit, performance degradation and other problems of the cable, and improve the efficiency of fault handling treatment.
