Abstract: This paper proposes a distributed ticket monitoring system based on Zabbix, taking into consideration the current status of the monitoring of ticketing systems and the urgent demands of standardized, rule-based and automatic operation and maintenance. The proposed system monitors and provides warnings of the operation of servers, network devices, databases, application services, etc., and integrates and correlates all events, so as to realize integrated and comprehensive monitoring based on service topology.
