摘要: 从铁路轨道车各种监测信息着手,对轨道车监测信息的集中化管理,数据的合理化统计,多系统多数据的联动,应用数据分析挖掘技术,在多种新型信息技术为基础的技术支撑前提条件下,构建一个集成化、系统化、平台化、透明化的轨道车监控信息综合管理平台,能使维护管理更精准化、有序化、有效化、科学化、合理化,完善轨道车调配、运用、监测、维护、管理的良性循环周期环;提升企业的运用维护效率,增加运营效益、节约管理成本;增强预警机制,降低轨道车车辆人员风险,保障铁路运营安全。

Abstract: This paper starts by introducing problems with various monitoring information on railway trolleys, and then studies centralized management of railway trolley monitoring information, reasonable statistics of data, linkage of multiple systems and multiple data, and application of data analysis and mining technology. With technical support based on various new information technologies, the creation of an integrated, systematic, platform-based, and transparent management platform of monitoring information on railway trolleys can make maintenance management more precise, orderly, effective, scientific and rationalized. Such platform can improve the virtuous cycle of the deployment, operation, monitoring, maintenance and management of railway trolleys; improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance of enterprises, increase operational benefits, and save management costs; strengthen the early warning mechanism, reduce the risks of rail vehicle personnel, and ensure the safety of railway operations.
