摘要: 从欧盟铁路规范的分级切入,对TSI的背景、历史和体系进行概述,介绍TSI指令文件、规则文件,通过自上而下、逐级分解的方式阐述了控制指挥和信号TSI在欧盟铁路规范中的位置。分析ERTMS不同基线的组成和3个基线版本,研究ETCS维护基线3到基线3规范的主要演进和发展趋势,为采用欧盟铁路规范的信号系统提供技术建议。

Abstract: This paper starts with the classification of the EU railway standards, outlines the background, history and composition of TSI and introduces the TSI directive and rules, clarifies the position of CCS TSI in the EU railway standards by top-down and step-by-step breakdown. It also analyzes the composition of different ERTMS baselines and three versions of ERTMS baselines and studies the main evolution and development trend of baseline 3 maintenance release 1 to baseline 3 release 2, and provides technical advice for signaling system adopting EU railway standards.
