Abstract: For the problems existing in the daily management of faulty parts, this paper summarizes the defects of traditional management methods of faulty parts, and proposes to create a new management method by means of information technology. Through the analysis of the key role (relationship of process domain and business logic) involved in the maintenance process of faulty parts, the paper designs a maintenance management model of faulty parts which fits the on-site work scenario to realize the whole process control of the maintenance and reuse of the faulty parts, and achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency. Finally, through the application of the management model, the faulty parts management platform is established to verify whether the designed maintenance management model of faulty parts is practicability and maneuverability.

摘要: 针对故障件日常管理中存在的问题,总结故障件传统管理方式的缺陷,提出借助信息化技术手段创建新型管理方式,通过对故障件维修过程中涉及的关键角色——过程域和业务逻辑关系的分析,设计出贴合现场工作场景的故障件维修管理模型,实现对故障件维修及再利用的全程管控,达到降本增效的目标。最后通过对管理模型的应用化,建立故障件管理平台,验证故障件维修管理模型具有可操作性和实用性。
