ZPW-2000系列无绝缘轨道电路继电接口电子化探讨

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of relay interface of ZPW-2000 series jointless track circuit according to the objective problems such as the development demand of electronic railway equipment and the on-site complexity of faults. It is clear that the track circuit direction switching circuit and its relay have electronic conditions under the communication control mode. The direction relay and track relay under relay control mode do not have electronic conditions because they are deeply involved in self-stick and interlocking circuits. The paper proposes to realize the electronization of relay interface by upgrading track circuit related equipment, which can effectively improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and promote the electronization process of railway basic equipment.

摘要: 根据铁路装备电子化发展需求和现场故障排查复杂等客观问题,分析ZPW-2000系列继电接口现状,明确通信控制方式下轨道电路方向切换电路及其继电器具备电子化条件,继电控制方式的方向继电器和轨道继电器由于深度参与自闭及联锁电路,暂不具备电子化条件。提出通过升级轨道电路相关设备实现其继电接口的电子化。可有效提升故障排查效率,推进铁路基础装备电子化进程。
