道床电阻与ZPW-2000G轨道电路设置的分析

Abstract: ZPW-2000 series track circuit is more and more widely used in railway signaling equipment, and its requirements for working environment are higher than that of 25 Hz track circuit. According to the problems exposed in the use of ZPW-2000 track circuit, the mismatch between track bed and track circuit is very difficult to solve after the equipment is put into operated. At the initial stage of construction, the layout of track circuit is not adjusted according to the actual situation of track bed, which will leave a lot of hidden dangers for later maintenance. This paper analyzes the setting of ZPW-2000G track circuit from the perspective of the preliminary investigation and later commissioning of the additional second line of Chongqing-Huaihua railway, so as to provide valuable experience for the application and maintenance of section track circuit, and solve the problems of dynamic adjustment and non one-time adjustment of track circuit.

摘要: ZPW-2000系列轨道电路在铁路信号设备中运用越来越广泛,其对工作环境要求较25 Hz轨道电路更高。通过对ZPW-2000轨道电路在使用中暴露的问题来看,道床与轨道电路不匹配问题在设备开通后极难解决,建设初期未根据道床实际情况对轨道电路的布置做相应的调整,会为后期维护留下大量隐患。从渝怀铁路增建二线的前期调研、后期调试开通的角度出发,对ZPW-2000G轨道电路的设置进行分析,为区间轨道电路的应用及维护提供宝贵的经验,从根本上解决轨道电路动态调整、不能一次性调整等问题。
