摘要: 通过对比分析法从系统结构和车载设备模式角度识别、分析欧洲列车运行控制系统(ETCS)基线4相对于基线3提出的一些新概念。这些概念包括列车自动驾驶系统(ATO)和未来铁路移动通信系统(FRMCS)以及自动驾驶(AD)模式和监控调车(SM)模式。首先提供欧盟委员会发布ETCS基线4的背景信息和这些概念的简要介绍,然后概述ETCS系统新增模块,分析ATO系统的结构和接口、启用条件和主要功能,以及FRMCS系统的范围、接口、结构和功能,最后分析AD和SM模式的主要特点和车载设备的主要功能,为后续深入研究ETCS基线4提供参考。

Abstract: This paper identifies and analyzes some new concepts in ETCS Baseline 4 relative to ETCS Baseline 3 through a comparative analysis from the perspectives of system structure and onboard equipment mode. These concepts include Automatic Train Operation system (ATO) and Future Railway Mobile Communication System (FRMCS), as well as Automatic Driving (AD) mode and Supervised Manoeuvre (SM) mode. It begins with some background information about the release of ETCS Baseline 4 by the European Commission and a brief introduction to these concepts. It continues with an overview of the additional constituents of the ETCS system, as well as an analysis of the structure & interfaces, engagement conditions and main functions of the ATO system, as well as the scope & interfaces and structure & functions of the FRMCS system. It ends with an analysis of the main characteristics of and the main functions of the onboard equipment in the AD and SM modes. Thus, it can provide reference for further in-depth study of ETCS Baseline 4.
