摘要: 针对CTCS-3线路GSM-R无线网络环境隐患问题缺乏提前预警机制,且需依赖人工大量分析各接口监测数据以发现CTCS-3线路无线运用质量问题的现状,充分利用既有的三接口监测数据资源,通过运用数据挖掘分析技术、数据可视化技术以及自动学习技术等手段,对无线网络中的上下行电平、通信质量、小区切换以及大TA值异常事件进行自动化统计分析与深入挖掘。能够提前发现基站性能、车载终端MT性能劣化趋势,实现CTCS-3线路无线网络质量预警监测功能,将安全风险关口前移,便于提前发现隐患并介入解决,降低了CTCS-3超时发生概率。

Abstract: As there is no early warning mechanism of potential environmental hazards in the GSM-R wireless network of CTCS-3 lines, a large amount of manual analysis work about the monitoring data from various interfaces is required to identify quality problems in the wireless applications of CTCS-3 lines. On the basis of the monitoring data from three existing interfaces, the data mining and analysis technologies, data visualization technology and automatic learning technology are used for the automatic statistical analysis and in-depth exploration of uplink and downlink levels, communication quality, BTS handover and abnormal event with large TA value in the wireless network. The degradation trend of the BTS performance and the MT performance is detected in advance, to achieve the  wireless network quality monitoring and early warning functions of CTCS-3 lines, thereby moving the safety risk threshold forward, identifying, addressing and solving the potential hazards in advance, and reducing the probability of CTCS-3 timeout.
