摘要： 基于欧洲某国铁路项目信号系统DeBo认证的经验，介绍该欧洲国家DeBo认证的基本概念、认证要求和认证流程，解读认证背后的难点，为后续开展欧盟其他国家DeBo认证提供借鉴意义。

Abstract: Based on the experience of DeBo certification for the signaling system of a railway project in a country in Europe, this paper introduces the basic concept, requirements and process of DeBo certification in the European country, explains the difficulties behind the certification, and provides reference for the subsequent DeBo certification in other European countries.
