摘要: 分析采用白炽灯及普通LED光源的信号机存在的问题,研究安全型LED信号机的关键技术,提出安全型LED信号机的原理架构、故障导向安全的实现原理以及可靠性设计、兼容性设计、可维护性设计方法,解决白炽灯寿命短导致维护工作量大的问题,消除普通LED信号机存在的安全隐患,并实现与在用信号机机构的兼容,方便对现场在用白炽灯及普通LED信号机的替换部署。

Abstract: This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems with signal using incandescent lamp and ordinary LED light source, studies the key technologies of safety LED signal, puts forward the principle architecture of safety LED signal, the fail-safe implementation principle of LED signal, as well as the reliability, compatibility and maintainability design methods, to solve the problem of heavy maintenance work caused by short service life of incandescent lamp, and eliminate the potential safety hazards of ordinary LED signal, realize compatibility with in-service signal mechanism, and facilitate the replacement of in-service incandescent lamps and ordinary LED signals on site.
