摘要: 在实际应用过程中,普速线路自动闭塞区间通过区间综合监控系统实现区间占用逻辑检查功能,当线路跨不同路局管辖,因考虑现场条件、成本及维护便利,会出现不同处理方式。对区间综合监控系统在局界处实现区间占用逻辑检查功能面临的问题及解决方法进行探讨,结合不同实际情况,提出不同设计方案并分析其优缺点,提出相应的限制条件和防护措施,保证普速线路自动闭塞区间列车运行安全,可为实际工程项目实施中的方案选取提供一定参考。

Abstract: In the actual application process, the automatic block sections of normal speed railway lines realize the track vacancy logical detection through the integrated controlling system for sections. When a railway line crosses the railway boundaries of different railway administrations, different treatment methods are adopted due to the consideration of site conditions, cost and maintenance convenience. This paper discusses the problems in and solutions to the track vacancy logical detection at such boundaries through the integrated controlling system for sections. Based on different actual situations, different design schemes are proposed and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and corresponding restrictions and protective measures are proposed to ensure the safety of the automatic block sections of normal speed railway lines, which can provide reference for the selection of schemes in actual engineering projects.
