Abstract: Based on life-cycle management concept of metro project, this paper expounds the business framework and system technology architecture of metro engineering project management information system from the aspects of knowledge management, business application and public service, etc.. Combined with the actual situation of Nanjing metro, this paper introduces the functions and main modules of the information system of metro engineering project, such as estimate management, contract management, and asset management. Finally, this paper summarizes experience in the process of information promotion and puts forward some thoughts to provide reference for the construction of the information system of metro engineering project management.
