Abstract: Based on the problems of current practical training system for high-speed railway, such as disconnection of environment between training and site, lacking of various training methods and ways of sharing training data, incompatibility between training and practice among dispatching and train operation personnel, and disunification of teaching assessment standards, this paper designs a simulation training platform of operation-dispatching integration. The platform is made up of four layers: presentation layer, data supporting layer, fundamental equipment layer and business application layer. Furthermore, the design idea and method of business application layer are mainly discussed in the paper, making the integrated simulation training platform capable of realizing multiple scenarios, such as joint-practice or practice alone, and achieving real result of evaluation based on the goals of real-object, live-action and real-action.
