Abstract: The paper discusses the risks that may be encountered in overseas railway communication project and their solutions. First, it summarizes the characteristics of standard internationalization , multiple interfaces and uncertainties of overseas railway communication project, and analyzes and particularizes various risks in overseas railway project, including culture, technology, management, etc. Finally, in combination with the author's experiences, corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of culture, technology, economy, and risk management, which provide references for railway communication project for going abroad in the future.

摘要： 就海外铁路通信工程可能遇到的风险及解决方法进行讨论，首先总结了海外铁路通信工程标准国际化、接口多、不确定性多的特点，并分析举例海外铁路工程的各类风险，包括文化、技术、管理等方面；最后结合笔者的经验，从文化、技术、经济、风险管理等方面提出对应的解决方案及建议，为今后走出海外的铁路通信工程提供参考。
