Based on the problems of current practical training system for high-speed railway, such as disconnection of environment between training and site, lacking of various training methods and ways of sharing training data, incompatibility between training and practice among dispatching and train operation personnel, and disunification of teaching assessment standards, this paper designs a simulation training platform of operation-dispatching integration. The platform is made up of four layers: presentation layer, data supporting layer, fundamental equipment layer and business application layer. Furthermore, the design idea and method of business application layer are mainly discussed in the paper, making the integrated simulation training platform capable of realizing multiple scenarios, such as joint-practice or practice alone, and achieving real result of evaluation based on the goals of real-object, live-action and real-action.

In the upgrading and reconstruction of railway stations, in order to avoid frequent changes of the existing interlocking data structure and improve the safety of interlocking software, based on the existing interlocking data structure, a station/yard diagram model for computer interlocking logic operation is designed. This method uses the function point model to model the station/yard layout, and uses the adjacency list data structure to store the station/yard signaling equipment information and the connection relationship among them. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the model in requirement realization.

The scheme design of high-speed railway train control system for liaison line shall be coordinated with civil work. This paper sets a project as an example, degrading the train control system of liaison line to the CTCS-2 scheme. The technical analysis is performed with regard to operational scenarios, combining the factors such as big number turnouts, temporary speed restriction and code sequences. The corresponding operational management measures are put forward to provide a reference for the similar projects.

Signaling system is the core equipment of railway operation safety guarantee. How to evaluate and improve the reliability of signaling system hardware equipment is an important guarantee to realize the reliable operation of railway signaling system. This paper introduces the multi-dimensional reliability simulation analysis method used in the phases of hardware products schematic design, PCB design, board design and whole machine design, and provides abundant simulation cases. The reliability simulation analysis is carried out from multiple dimensions such as circuit design, signaling integrity, failure physics and environmental stress simulation of the whole machine, so as to provide basis for hardware design optimization of signaling system and effectively improve the reliability and safety of equipment.

In view of the problems existing in Pingding station and the needs of operation and maintenance units, starting from the signal layout, relying on the specification and combining with the actual on-site situation, this paper puts forward three schemes for the signal layout of Pingding station, analyzes the functions and the existing problems of each scheme in detail, and puts forward a scheme which can not only meet the needs of on-site operation efficiency, but also ensure the operation safety, so as to provide reference for other projects.

In order to solve the problem of difficult laying and maintenance of trackside equipment, a method of section occupancy inspection by RBC combined with train position report and other existing equipment information on the ground is proposed. This method can replace the trackside equipment very well, especially along the sparsely populated railway in western China. The new occupancy inspection method can determine which virtual section a train passes through, so as to set the occupied and idle states. At the same time, in order to solve the problem that the train position cannot be accurately located only through position report in the turnout area of the station. This paper also puts forward a method to solve this problem by combining interlocking dynamic information and train position report. The running track of the train can be obtained by the switch opening state, so as to judge the occupancy state of the turnout section in the station.

Through elaborating the current status of the existing railway mobile communication private network and researching the requirements of railway mobile communication applications, three typical railway application requirements are highlighted. Combined with the practical application of railway, the concept of railway 5G private network is proposed, and the functional architecture of railway 5G private network is focused on. Based on this, three deployment plans of railway 5G private network that meet the requirements of current railway mobile private network construction are proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of the respective solution provide a certain theoretical basis for the future construction of railway mobile communication networks, and also provide the basic support for the rapid landing of "5G + Railways" and the intelligent development of railways.

The onboard ATP equipment software has the characteristic of high accuracy, and manual management mode can ensure its accuracy on a certain extent. However, the manual management mode is easily affected by human factors, and there is the possibility of problems. In order to further ensure the accuracy of ATP equipment software, this paper make research on an informatization management tool used to manage the software. The online and offline management tools are developed to automatically check the software information according to deployment information, show identification results and allow operators to comment on special cases in consideration of possible objective conditions. Through the informatization management tool, the informatization management of ATP equipment software can be realized to ensure the accuracy of ATP equipment software, and eliminate the possibility of software management error caused by human factors.

Trams generally use mixed right-of-way and are in close contact with automobiles, safety still needs to be further improved. Based on the vision sensor and YOLO v3 convolutional neural network, this paper proposes a method to identify the obstacles of a tram in transit with high accuracy by optimizing the loss function of YOLO v3 network model, and carries out the identification of various risk factors that may be encountered in the train diagram to assist the driver and improve operation safety. It is proved that this method has high accuracy and robustness, and is an effective train driving aid means.

ZPW-2000A track circuit is adopted for conventional speed railway section with small track integrated into the interlocking. When the section is not equipped with a slow release box, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of flashing red strip for the second departure section, second approach section and the boundary section of the station after the completion of the running direction change, proposes a solution to this phenomenon by the interval integrated monitoring system, and introduces specific implementation methods.

Electric point heating system (hereinafter referred to as point heating system) provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of high-speed railways in winter. In the actual application of point heating system, it is found that when the point heating effect is insufficient and the system needs to be reinforced, factors such as insufficient power and power capacity of the existing point heating isolation transformer will limit the reinforcement of the system. The power module can effectively solve such problems. This paper introduces the working principle of power module and describes the advantages of adding a power module to point heating system.

This paper analyzes the waterproof requirements of the switch machine on main line of passenger dedicated line and subway tunnel, and analyzes the water inlet part of switch machine based on immersion test of the existing ZD (J) 9 switch machine. The waterproof performance of switch machine is improved from the action rod, the detection rod, the joint between the cover and the bottom shell, the shell hole and shaft connection. The dust-proof and sealed ZD (J) 9 electric switch machine with optimized waterproof performance is designed. The protection grade of switch machine can reach IP67M after the third party test. The ZD (J) 9 electric switch machine of dust-proof and sealing type meets the use requirements after the trial assembly of five traction switches. The ZD (J) 9 electric switch machine with dust-proof and sealing is easy to be installed on the left and right when it is used on site, which means that the gap adjustment is simple and the sealing protection structure at the rod is easy to be replaced.

This paper gives the definition of fail-safe in several main railway related standards, so as to have a deep understanding of fail-safe. At the same time, it also briefly gives the key requirements of realizing fail-safe in several standards as a comparison; In order to deepen the understanding of the concept of fail-safe, some concepts of inherent safety and fail related are given. As the application of fail-safe concept, this paper puts forward the matters needing attention and the factors to be considered in the safety state identification. Finally, from the perspective of the whole system safety, on the basis of considering human factors, the principle of risk reduction is given.
