摘要: 通过梳理机车综合无线通信设备地理信息数据库管理系统中存储的铁路通信地理信息数据及其在CIR中的应用现状,结合GIS技术在铁路通信维护管理、技术管理、创新应用中的发展,分析地理信息技术在CIR使用、通信网工程设计、运营维护中的实际管理、数据应用、专业融合等方面的需求,拓展既有GIS系统的功能,全面阐述铁路通信地理信息系统规划设计方案。

Abstract: Considering the railway communication geographic information data stored in the CIR-GIS management system and its application status in CIR, in combination with the development of GIS technology in railway communication maintenance management, technical management and innovative application, this paper analyzes the actual management and data application of geographic information technology in CIR use, communication network engineering design, operation and maintenance. The planning and design scheme of Railway Communication Geographic Information System is expounded in detail in this paper.
