摘要: 以自动过分相产品为研究对象,基于产品结构和功能,从定量和定性方面开展可靠性研究。在定量方面通过建立可靠性模型,进行可靠性分配和预计,给出可靠性预计结果,在定性方面通过潜在失效模式及后果分析以及建立产品故障树,提出改进措施,结合现场故障数据收集和可靠性统计结果,对产品持续改进,并进行可靠性管理的研究,提升产品整体可靠性水平。

Abstract: This paper conducts reliability research based on product structure and functions from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, with a focus on products related to the automatic passage of trains through neutral sections as the research object. In terms of quantitative analysis, reliability models are established to allocate and predict reliability, and the results of reliability predictions are provided. In terms of qualitative analysis, potential failure modes and their consequences are analyzed, and product fault trees are created to propose improvement measures. Based on on-site fault data collection and reliability statistical results, continuous improvement of products is carried out, along with the performance of reliability management research, to improve the overall reliability of products.
