摘要: 机车牵引式列车与动车组列车的动力学特性不同,不适合直接采用“级位-速度-加速度”动力学模型计算公式建模。因此,提出一种机车牵引式列车制动系统的动力学仿真方法,该方法可实现机车牵引式列车制动系统的电制动与空气制动的独立仿真,并能够模拟列车管充放风过程中的列车管、副风缸和制动缸三者的风压变化以及相应的制动力变化,满足机车牵引式列车车载设备的正常运行及测试需求,有效提高机车牵引式列车车载设备的测试准确性。

Abstract: For locomotive-traction trains, which have different dynamic characteristics from  multiple-unit trains, it is not suitable to directly use the "stage-velocity-acceleration" dynamic model calculation formula for modeling. Therefore, this paper proposes a dynamic simulation method for locomotive-traction train braking system, which can achieve independent simulation of electric and air braking of locomotive-traction train braking system, and can simulate the air pressure changes and corresponding braking force changes of train pipe, auxiliary air cylinder, and brake cylinder during the process of train pipe charging and discharging. The proposed method can meet the normal operation and testing requirements of locomotive-traction train on-board equipment, and effectively improve the testing accuracy of locomotive-traction train on-board equipment.
