某站接近信号机点灯电路的分析及优化设计

Analysis and Optimized Design of Approach Signal Lighting Circuit of a Station

摘要: 设计速度120 km/h自动站间闭塞区段某车站信号施工图,设有接近信号机。对其点灯电路进行分析,当办理经道岔直向接车进路,进站信号机显示黄灯,接近信号机显示绿黄灯。列车车辆驶入第二接近区段,接近信号机由绿黄转移为黄灯时,灯丝监督继电器(DJ)、二灯丝监督继电器(2DJ)同时吸起,导致接近信号机点灯电流超出灯丝继电器工作电流范围,接近信号机存在一定的使用风险。因此,须对此接近信号机电路进行优化设计。分析不同场景下信号点灯电路接通公式,模拟列车车辆驶入第一、二接近区段时信号显示,进行对比计算,找出矛盾关键点,给出解决方案。

Abstract:

For the automatic inter-station block section with a design speed of 120 km/h in the signal construction drawing of a station, the lighting circuit for the approach signal in this drawing is analyzed. When setting the straight receiving route going through the turnout, the home signal displays a yellow aspect and the approach signal displays a green and yellow aspect. When the train moves into the second approach section and the approach signal aspect changes from green and yellow to yellow, the filament

supervision relay (DJ) and the second fi lament supervision relay (2DJ) are energized at the same time, causing the lighting current of the approach signal to exceed the working current range of the fi lament relay. This poses a certain risk when using the approach signal.Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the design of the approach signal circuit. This paper analyzes the connection formulas of the signal lighting circuit in diff erent scenarios, simulates the signal aspects when the train enters the first and second approach sections, carries out comparative calculations, identifi es the key points of inconsistency, and provides solutions.
