摘要: CTCS-3无线超时故障是CTCS-3级列控系统的重点和难点问题,因SIM卡造成的超时问题一直没有找到具体的原因,重点对SIM卡的表面形貌分析(SEM)、成分分析(EDS)以及设备运用中SIM工作状态的研究,通过检测发现了SIM卡表面存在不导电颗粒物,在设备运用中造成电台不识卡,导致无线通信超时故障,并就该问题提出了对策措施。

Abstract: CTCS-3 wireless timeout fault is a key and difficult problem in CTCS-3 train control system. No specific reason has been found for the timeout problem caused by SIM card. This paper focuses on the research of SEM and EDS of the SIM card as well as the working state of SIM in equipment application. Through detection, it is found that there are non-conductive particles on the surface of SIM card, which can cause the radio station to fail to recognize the card and lead to the wireless communication timeout fault. The countermeasures are put forward to this problem.
