Optimization Design of DC Power Module in Railway Signal Power System

摘要: 为提高铁路信号电源系统设备系统效率和功率密度,对电源系统中使用较多的直流开关电源模块进行分析,针对典型拓扑电路提出优化方案。在电路中应用宽禁带半导体器件,前级采用无桥功率因数校正(Power Factor Correction,PFC)电路实现功率因数校正功能,后级采用交错并联LLC谐振软开关拓扑电路实现不同直流电压的隔离变换。优化方案能够有效提高直流开关电源模块的效率和功率密度,提高电源模块的可靠性。

Abstract: In order to improve the system efficiency and power density of railway signal power supply system, the DC switching power modules used in the power system are analyzed, and optimization scheme is proposed for the typical topology circuit. The wide bandgap semiconductor device is used in the circuit. The first stage uses the PFC bridgeless circuit to realize the power factor correction function, and the second stage uses the interleaving LLC resonant soft-switching topology circuit to realize the isolation transformation of different DC voltages. The optimization scheme can effectively improve the efficiency and power density of the DC switching power module, and improve the reliability of power module.
