摘要: 从几起典型轨道绝缘烧损案例的概况、原因、整治方案入手,分析牵引回流不畅原因,提出改进牵引回流切断点设计、增设空扼流、补强回流线缆疏通牵引回流等措施,解决大电流烧损绝缘的问题。同时结合现场实际情况,提出在设计、施工、运营中对牵引回流优化整治,超前防范,有借鉴意义和长远影响。

Abstract: Starting with the general situation, cause and rectification scheme of several typical cases of track insulation burning, this paper analyzes the reasons for poor traction return flow, and puts forward some measures to improve the design of traction return cut-off point, add empty choke, and strengthen the reflux cable to construct the traction backflow, so as to solve the problem of burning insulation caused by high current. At the same time, combined with the actual scene, the optimization and rectification of traction return in the design, construction and operation are put forward, ahead of the prevention, which has great reference significance and long-term impact
