摘要: 铁路CTCS-3级列控系统是基于GSM-R系统传输信息的列车运行控制系统,GSM-R切换导致的信息差错是影响CTCS-3运用质量的一大因素。通过对CTCS-3数据链路层的帧校验设计、设置、改进方面深入分析研究,结合中国铁路济南局集团有限公司管内帧错检、漏检导致的CTCS-3列控超时/降级实例,提出建议解决方案,为提高CTCS-3列控系统运用质量提供参考。

Abstract: CTCS-3 is a train operation control system based on GSM-R system, the information error led by GSM-R handover is a major factor affecting the CTCS-3 operation. This paper puts forward solutions through in-depth analysis and research on the FCS design, setting and improvement of CTCS-3 data link layer, combined with the cases of CTCS-3 train control timeout/degradation caused by frame error detection and missing detection in China Railway Jinan Group Co., Ltd. It provides reference for improving the quality of CTCS-3 train control system.
