摘要: 重载铁路具有行车密度大、重车速度快以及线路污染严重的特点,现有依靠维修人员上道排查的方式,对道岔转换设备运维效率的进一步提高带来挑战。从重载铁路典型故障、诊断功能、道岔转换信息感知、数据采集传输以及智能预测推理几个方面进行分析总结,简要规划道岔转换智能诊断的功能需求和技术路线,为重载铁路道岔转换系统工作状态智能诊断技术的研究和落地奠定基础。

Abstract: Heavy haul railway has the characteristics of high traffic density, high speed traffic and serious pollution. The existing way of maintenance brings challenges to the improvement of the maintenance efficiency. This paper analyzes and summarizes the typical faults, diagnosis function, turnout switching information perception, data acquisition and transmission, intelligent prediction and reasoning, then briefly plans the functional requirements and technical route of turnout switching intelligent diagnosis system, which lays a foundation for the research and implementation of intelligent diagnosis technology of turnout switching system working state of heavy haul railway.
