摘要: 欧洲列车控制系统(ETCS)是世界上应用最为广泛、技术最为成熟的列车控制系统之一,在欧盟和欧盟以外的许多国家得到推广和应用,ETCS基线3版本2是欧盟发布的最新版本的ETCS规范。以ETCS基线2为参考物,分析ETCS基线3版本2新增功能和优化功能,揭示ETCS基线3版本2在功能方面呈现出的新特征。

Abstract: European Train Control System (ETCS) is one of the most widely used and technically mature train control systems in the world, which has been promoted and applied in many countries in the EU and outside the EU. ETCS Baseline 3 Release 2 is the latest version of ETCS specification issued by the EU. Taking ETCS Baseline 2 as a reference, this paper analyzes the new and optimized functions of ETCS baseline 3 Release 2, and reveals the new features of ETCS Baseline 3 Release 2 in terms of functions.
