摘要: 高速铁路区间采用ZPW-2000A轨道电路室外调谐匹配单元内的4 700 μF电解电容在较长时间运用后易发生容值下降问题,且在容值下降、逐渐劣化时无明显特征进行判别,尤其是当电容劣化到一定程度时会造成接收端主轨出电压降低,甚至出现红光带,不利于现场测试和维护。为减少类似问题发生,增强ZPW-2000A轨道电路的可维护性,针对典型故障进行分析,总结维护经验,确保设备故障时查找处理有序,缩短故障延时,减少对运输的影响。

Abstract: The 4 700 μf electrolytic capacitor in the outdoor tuning and matching unit of ZPW-2000A track circuit used in the high-speed railway section is prone to capacitance reduction after long-term of use, and there is no obvious feature to distinguish when the capacitance decreases and gradually deteriorates, especially when the capacitor deterioration to a certain extent will cause the output voltage of the main rail at the receiving end drop, or even the red light strap, which is not conducive to on-site testing and maintenance. In order to reduce the occurrence of similar problems and enhance the maintainability of ZPW-2000A track circuit, this paper analyzes the typical faults and summarizes the maintenance experience to ensure the orderly search and treatment of equipment faults, shorten the fault delay and reduce the impact on transportation.
