摘要: 由于道岔转换设备的特殊性,其实时运行参数较难获得,制约道岔转换设备维修模式的发展。基于现有传感器技术及转辙机监测需求,结合转辙机安全性及可靠性要求,提出现阶段可实施的转辙机监测项点,并以ZDJ9转辙机为例进行实施,所测得的参数可以作为后续处理的基础数据,用于转辙机的故障预测及健康诊断。

Abstract: Due to the particularity of switch equipment, it is difficult to obtain real-time operation parameters, which restricts the development of maintenance mode of switch equipment. Based on the existing sensor technology and switch machine monitoring requirements, combined with the safety and reliability requirements of the switch machine, this paper puts forward the switch machine moni-toring items that can be implemented at this stage, and takes ZDJ9 switch machine as an example for implementation. The measured parameters can be used as the basic data for subsequent processing, and can be used for fault prediction and health diagnosis of switch machine.
