摘要: 结合当前国内铁路列车运行监控装置(简称“LKJ”)“人控”数据换装作业过程存在因LKJ数据换装管理漏洞带来错换、漏换等安全隐患,提出设计一种新的LKJ车载数据无线换装系统解决方案。旨在突破LKJ车载数据采取人工在库内或途中进行换装作业的瓶颈,基于无线通信网络在确保安全、可靠的前提下,解决LKJ车载数据采取人工进行换装作业所带来的问题,提升数据换装作业效率,对保证铁路运输安全具有重要意义。

Abstract: In this paper, a new solution of LKJ on-board data wireless reloading system is proposed based on the analysis of the hidden safety dangers of wrong reloading and missing reloading caused by the management loopholes of LKJ data reloading in the current process of "manual control" data reloading operation of national railway train operation monitoring device (shortened as: LKJ). The purpose of this paper is to break through the bottleneck that LKJ on-board data is manually reloaded in the library or on the way. Based on the wireless communication network, on the premise of ensuring safety and reliability, it is of great significance to solve the problems caused by the manual reloading operation of LKJ on-board data, improve the efficiency of data reloading operation, and ensure the safety of railway transportation.
