This paper analyzes the hidden danger sand causes of giant network in railway transmission system, proposes to set DCC transparent transmission to solve the problem of giant ECC network, and to solve the hidden dangers that may lead to abnormal switching of two-fiber shared multiplex section protection ring (MSP) after subnetting. Trough the detailed analysis of the actual situation of the railway network, the advantages and disadvantages of DCC transparent transmission are summarized to provide reference for the networking application in the later stage.

Machine learning has many theoretical researches and applications in turnout fault detection and diagnosis technology because of its advantages such as adaptive processing of large amounts of data, realization of intelligent classification and prediction. This paper classifies and sorts out data-based turnout fault diagnosis algorithms, and focuses on the feature extraction and data-based modeling methods, which have certain guiding significance for the selection and application of machine learning algorithms. Finally, by analyzing the current research status of turnouts in prognostics and health management, the application of machine learning in the field of turnout fault prognostics and health management is prospected.

Due to the particularity of switch equipment, it is difficult to obtain real-time operation parameters, which restricts the development of maintenance mode of switch equipment. Based on the existing sensor technology and switch machine monitoring requirements, combined with the safety and reliability requirements of the switch machine, this paper puts forward the switch machine moni-toring items that can be implemented at this stage, and takes ZDJ9 switch machine as an example for implementation. The measured parameters can be used as the basic data for subsequent processing, and can be used for fault prediction and health diagnosis of switch machine.

The requirements for intelligent train control systems of the new generation of high-speed railways make the train-ground communication data richer and more diverse than before, and there are requirements for safer and more reliable data transmission and for lower delays. The original train control communication system based on GSM cannot meet the new requirements, so it is necessary to develop a new generation of train control communication system based on 5G technology. In this paper, a 5G-R communication system is studied, a new onboard radio based on embedded system is designed, and the structure, composition and interface of ground network system are proposed. The protocol encapsulation/de-encapsulation and the interface transmission process of service data in the whole train-ground transmission process are analyzed in detail, and the adaptability of the new generation of train control communication system to meet the requirements of future train-ground communication is expounded, which lays a communication foundation for intelligent train control for high-speed railways.

An AFC system directly serves the vast number of passengers, and its operation status is directly related to the level of operation safety and services. Intelligent operation and maintenance is of great significance to the system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the connotation of the intelligent operation and maintenance of AFC systems, analyzes the problems existing in the operation and maintenance of the current AFC system, and points out the necessity and urgency of the intelligent operation and maintenance of AFC systems.Then, the functions of the service scenario of intelligent operation and maintenance are analyzed, and the design scheme of an AFC intelligent operation and maintenance system is given from two aspects: the design of system architecture and of service architecture.Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions on the application and implementation of the intelligent operation and maintenance system from two aspects: network standards, and operation and maintenance ideas.The AFC intelligent operation and maintenance system can effectively improve the level of operation and management and reduce their costs, which are the inevitable results of intelligent management.

The track circuit is one of the important signaling equipment to monitor the idle rail line and reflect the train operation. In application of 25 Hz track circuit, the red light strap fault, especially the flashing red fault, which is easily affected by the change of the equipment characteristics and the interference of the external environment, is very difficult to deal with in an emergency, and interferes greatly with the normal transportation order. This paper makes an analysis and discussion on how to deal with the faults of 25 Hz track circuit, making full use of monitoring, adjustment and analysis combined with frequency shift meter, and adopting the method of combining voltage method with current method to rapidly and effectively handle the red light strap fault in track circuit.

Aiming at the problem of how to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of interlocking software test, this paper analyzes the requirements of automatic interlocking software test, and takes the gray-box test as an idea, adopting a hierarchical framework structure, to design and implement an automatic test system based on script driver. The automatic test system can improve the efficiency of computer interlocking test and guarantee the reliability of computer interlocking test.

GSM-R system will evolve to 5G-R system. Before the 5G-R system is put into use, the GSM-R system still needs to be built, and the 5G-R system and the GSM-R system will operate simultaneously for a period of time in the future. The construction standards of conventional and high speed railways are different, and the coverage schemes of 5G-R are also different. Aiming at different scenarios such as conventional railway and high speed railway, this paper studies the networking scheme of 5G-R wireless access network in tunnel and non-tunnel areas along the railway lines, respectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes with and without bridge, and proposes the scheme for reference for railway 5G-R network planning.

This paper studies the realization scheme of intelligent parking lot for super large comprehensive transportation hubs, and solves many problems such as low operating efficiency of traditional parking lots, difficulties in reverse car search, low utilization rate of parking spaces, single payment method, poor safety and poor travel experience. With the comprehensive use of AI, 5G, indoor positioning and navigation, cloud computing, big data, mobile payment and other emerging technologies, through the hub integrated management platform to deeply integrate each subsystem, and receive external information such as smart city and smart transportation, to form a highly collaborative intelligent parking system. After the completion of the smart parking lot, it can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the hub, relieve parking and traffic pressure, improve service level and travel convenience, protect the safety of people's lives and property, and promote social and economic development.

The technologies for dynamic optimization function of metro fleet composition include physical coupling/decoupling technologies and virtual coupling/decoupling technologies. This paper focuses on the study on physical coupling/decoupling technologies, providing a relevant signaling system solution. Based on the analysis of the operation requirements, this paper presents the target of physical coupling and decoupling functions, and introduces the coupling and decoupling processes. Meanwhile, it also discusses the methods for realizing such key technologies as coupling speed control, train interface, location report transmission mechanism, and the switchover of the leading end of a newly coupled train, taking into consideration the CBTC features for interoperability.

This paper summarizes the development history of interlocking system and train control center system in China. Through elaborating the current status of the existing railway mobile communication private network and researching the requirements of railway mobile communication applications, three typical railway application requirements are highlighted. Combined with the practical application of railway, the concept of railway 5G private network is proposed, and the functional architecture of railway 5G private network is focused on. Based on this, three deployment plans of railway 5G private network that meet the requirements of current railway mobile private network construction are proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of the respective solution provide a certain theoretical basis for the future construction of railway mobile communication networks, and also provide the basic support for the rapid landing of "5G + Railways" and the intelligent development of railways.
