Research on State Departure Technology Based on Moving Block

This paper establishes a binary tree model composed of sections and switches on the basis of moving block and in view of train operation plan, train status, train location, train braking performance, station section status, switch position and other conditions. Then, the train running path is searched, the nodes of the key switch sections cleared by the train are determined, the time for setting the subsequent departure route is calculated, and the subsequent departure route is set accordingly. The proposed model can change the route setting method from plan-based to state-based setting, and the train departure method from plan-based to state-based departure. Thus, it can shorten the interval of train departure and improve the train departure capacity of the station.

Due to the particularity of switch equipment, it is difficult to obtain real-time operation parameters, which restricts the development of maintenance mode of switch equipment. Based on the existing sensor technology and switch machine monitoring requirements, combined with the safety and reliability requirements of the switch machine, this paper puts forward the switch machine moni-toring items that can be implemented at this stage, and takes ZDJ9 switch machine as an example for implementation. The measured parameters can be used as the basic data for subsequent processing, and can be used for fault prediction and health diagnosis of switch machine.

The track circuit is one of the important signaling equipment to monitor the idle rail line and reflect the train operation. In application of 25 Hz track circuit, the red light strap fault, especially the flashing red fault, which is easily affected by the change of the equipment characteristics and the interference of the external environment, is very difficult to deal with in an emergency, and interferes greatly with the normal transportation order. This paper makes an analysis and discussion on how to deal with the faults of 25 Hz track circuit, making full use of monitoring, adjustment and analysis combined with frequency shift meter, and adopting the method of combining voltage method with current method to rapidly and effectively handle the red light strap fault in track circuit.

Machine learning has many theoretical researches and applications in turnout fault detection and diagnosis technology because of its advantages such as adaptive processing of large amounts of data, realization of intelligent classification and prediction. This paper classifies and sorts out data-based turnout fault diagnosis algorithms, and focuses on the feature extraction and data-based modeling methods, which have certain guiding significance for the selection and application of machine learning algorithms. Finally, by analyzing the current research status of turnouts in prognostics and health management, the application of machine learning in the field of turnout fault prognostics and health management is prospected.

The technologies for dynamic optimization function of metro fleet composition include physical coupling/decoupling technologies and virtual coupling/decoupling technologies. This paper focuses on the study on physical coupling/decoupling technologies, providing a relevant signaling system solution. Based on the analysis of the operation requirements, this paper presents the target of physical coupling and decoupling functions, and introduces the coupling and decoupling processes. Meanwhile, it also discusses the methods for realizing such key technologies as coupling speed control, train interface, location report transmission mechanism, and the switchover of the leading end of a newly coupled train, taking into consideration the CBTC features for interoperability.
Discussion on Improving Safety of Station Tracks Equipped with Integrated Track Circuits of High-speed Railways

At present, the ZPW-2000 integrated track circuits with the same standard as those used in the sections are widely used in China's high-speed railway stations, and the platform tracks in some stations adopt one-section track circuits. When the train is received at the station, the sending end of the track circuit of the platform track will face the train and send codes to provide trackside information for the train. If the train comes to a complete stop at the station and changes its direction by activating the cab on the intended end, when the starting signal is not at clear , the train may mistakenly receive the information sent by the track circuit of the adjacent line, and the train will depart from the station incorrectly, resulting in safety problems. In this paper, the method of adding an external relay circuit is proposed, and the timing of the train entering and leaving the platform track is determined by the circuit logic, and the concrete measure for applying train tail complementary code is provided, so that the double-end code sending can be realized after the train enters the track to solve the aforementioned problems. This solution only adds a small number of relays indoors, has no outdoor workload, does not need to change the train control software, and can be adapted to suit individual platform tracks of the station. The adaptation process is easy to implement and has minimal impact on transportation. This scheme can provide reference for the solution of safety protection enhancement for platform tracks equipped with integrated track circuits in high-speed railway stations.

By testing and analyzing the electrical characteristic data of signal equipment, it is possible to grasp the trend of equipment operation status and detect abnormal performance of signal equipment in advance. The electrical characteristic parameter indicators of signal equipment are related to their working modes. When the signal equipment operates in different working modes, the magnitude of its operating voltage, current, and other values will change with changes in the working mode. In the case of multi-mode mixed-sampling statistics, it is difficult to quickly distinguish between normal and abnormal changes in data. Taking signal equipment such as tracks and switches as examples, this study explores new ideas for statistical analysis of operating trends of signal equipment in multi-state mode through working mode recognition, data sampling, and statistical analysis of electrical characteristics trends in different modes.

Starting from the origins of different standards in China and Europe, the paper briefly introduces the railway standards of China and Europe respectively, and analyzes the differences between them. Focusing on the standards in the field of railway communication and signalling, this paper analyzes the differences in the implementation of railway engineering projects between China and foreign countries, divides overseas railway engineering projects into four generic phases: preliminary design phase, detailed design phase, installation & commissioning phase, and test & acceptance phase, and describes the main tasks of each phase. Finally, based on the actual engineering projects, this paper analyzes the impact of the differences in the standard system on the implementation of overseas projects, and puts forward corresponding offsetting measures for the reference of overseas projects, hoping to help improve the overall management and control ability of overseas projects and support “the Belt and Road”.

GSM-R system will evolve to 5G-R system. Before the 5G-R system is put into use, the GSM-R system still needs to be built, and the 5G-R system and the GSM-R system will operate simultaneously for a period of time in the future. Therefore, this paper makes an in-depth discussion from the aspects of equipment evolution, service realization and infrastructure sharing, and puts forward the 5G-R and GSM-R infrastructure sharing project scheme, to ensure smooth transition from GSM-R to 5G-R and protect investment in railway construction.

According to the requirements of "high starting point, high standard and high quality" in the construction of Sichuan-Tibet railway, this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of ITCS system of Qinghai-Tibet railway, considers the development goal of new generation intelligent train operation control system of Sichuan-Tibet railway, and constructs CTCS-4 train control system combining Beidou satellite navigation with new generation railway dedicated mobile communication system (5G-R) to realize the objective of overall perception, safe operation, mobile tracking, high reliability and less maintenance, which are of great practical significance for the development of new generation train control system of high-speed railway in China.

The requirements for intelligent train control systems of the new generation of high-speed railways make the train-ground communication data richer and more diverse than before, and there are requirements for safer and more reliable data transmission and for lower delays. The original train control communication system based on GSM cannot meet the new requirements, so it is necessary to develop a new generation of train control communication system based on 5G technology. In this paper, a 5G-R communication system is studied, a new onboard radio based on embedded system is designed, and the structure, composition and interface of ground network system are proposed. The protocol encapsulation/de-encapsulation and the interface transmission process of service data in the whole train-ground transmission process are analyzed in detail, and the adaptability of the new generation of train control communication system to meet the requirements of future train-ground communication is expounded, which lays a communication foundation for intelligent train control for high-speed railways.

This paper introduces the concept of integrated travel service, analyzes the design objectives of the integrated travel service platform, proposes the design elements and overall architecture of the platform based on the design objectives, and introduces the implementation scheme of the platform from four layers: perception layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer, which provides a good reference for the construction of the whole chain integrated travel service system and is conductive to promote the development of urban traffic circle and the formation of new ecology for integrated transportation.

An AFC system directly serves the vast number of passengers, and its operation status is directly related to the level of operation safety and services. Intelligent operation and maintenance is of great significance to the system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the connotation of the intelligent operation and maintenance of AFC systems, analyzes the problems existing in the operation and maintenance of the current AFC system, and points out the necessity and urgency of the intelligent operation and maintenance of AFC systems.Then, the functions of the service scenario of intelligent operation and maintenance are analyzed, and the design scheme of an AFC intelligent operation and maintenance system is given from two aspects: the design of system architecture and of service architecture.Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions on the application and implementation of the intelligent operation and maintenance system from two aspects: network standards, and operation and maintenance ideas.The AFC intelligent operation and maintenance system can effectively improve the level of operation and management and reduce their costs, which are the inevitable results of intelligent management.

At the same time, this paper expounds potential problems during project execution and their alternative solutions, providing certain guidance for rail transit lines with similar needs and problems.
