Abstract: This paper focuses on the asynchronous construction period of adjacent high-speed railways. In order to maximize the reduction of the impact of the commissioning and access on the existing lines, taking the newly built Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan railway as an example, this paper studies and optimizes the plan to put the railway into operation in steps and sections from such aspects as the necessity of new RBC / TSRS, RBC handover point setting, TSRS control scope, relay station affiliation, interface station system configuration, synchronous implementation of construction and installation projects, and interface division with existing lines, so as to achieve the engineering construction concept of "integrated construction and maintenance". The study of the plan provides reference for the construction, design and implementation of other high-speed railway signaling projects in the future.

摘要: 围绕相邻高速铁路建设工期不同步问题,为最大化减少后开通运营接入对既有线影响,以新建南昌至景德镇至黄山铁路为例,从分布分段开通运营方案着手研究,围绕新建RBC/TSRS必要性、RBC移交点设置、TSRS管辖范围、中继站归属关系、接口站系统配置、同步实施建安工程,以及与既有线界面划分等方面进行优化,从而达到“建维一体、一次做对”的工程建设理念。为后期其他高速铁路信号工程建设、设计、实施提供参考。
